How long does shipping take?
All SSC Collective items are printed to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking approximately 8–10 business days depending on your location.
Printing to order allows us to be intentional with every piece and avoid unnecessary waste.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $74.99.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Why does my order take longer to ship than fast-fashion brands?
SSC Collective operates on a print-to-order model. Each garment is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
This approach allows us to prioritise quality, reduce excess inventory, and be thoughtful with every order we fulfil.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at support@ssccollective.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
At this time, we do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is printed to order.

How do your garments fit?
All garments are unisex. Fit may vary by style, so we recommend referring to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Where can I find sizing information?
Sizing information is provided on each product page to help you choose the best fit.
Will the color look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to accurately represent colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Color names are consistent across the collection. Colors are consistent within each garment type, while tones vary between garment types.

How should I care for my garment?
For best long-term wear, please follow the washing and care instructions included with your purchase.
Will the print fade over time?
With proper care, prints are designed to remain durable and long-lasting. As with all garments, natural wear will occur over time.
Production & Ethics
What does print-to-order mean?
Print-to-order means your garment is produced only after an order is placed.
This allows us to minimise waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure every piece is made with intention.
